What is DPD Pickup?
DPD Pickup is a delivery service that allows you to collect your parcel from a chosen collection point.
How many Pickup Points are there?
There are over 6,000 DPD Pickup shops in the UK, with a DPD Pickup point within 10-minute drive of 93% of the UK’s population.
What information do I need to collect my parcel?
A government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, foreign national or military ID. You can also present any other photo ID containing your full name, along with one of the following documents also containing your full name: utility/phone bill, council tax bill, wage slip, or bank statement. It is also recommended to have your email confirmation ready to hand.
How long will my parcel stay in store?
Your parcel will stay in the chosen store for up to 7 days, so you can collect it at a time to suit yourself.
When will my parcel be ready to collect?
Customers will be notified via email when their package is available for collection at the selected DPD Pickup Point.
What happens when my parcel is not collected from the DPD Pickup Point?
If a package is not collected from the Pickup Point location after 7 days, the items will be returned to Salons Direct.
Can I change my Pickup Point after placing my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the selected Pickup Point once an order is completed.
Who do I contact if there is an issue with delivery or at the Pickup Point?
If you have any issues with a package delivery to a Pickup Point, please contact our Customer Service team and they will escalate this further for you.
